03Button Customization Software
The NETSTAT W10 customization software runs directly in your browser — no download or installation. You can reassign all 7 buttons, set macros, DPI levels and lighting effects.
- 1Connect the mouse to your computer via USB cable or USB receiver (2.4G).
- 2Open Google Chrome (required for USB device access).
- 3Go to: https://support-netstat.ro/en
- 4Click the "Connect" button on the website.
- 5Chrome will ask permission to access a USB device — click "Allow".
- 6Select "NETSTAT W10" from the list and click "Connect".
- 7Done — you can customise all buttons, DPI, lighting and more!
04Connect via 2.4G and Cable
The mouse has 3 connection modes. Select the mode with the switch under the mouse. Below, step by step, the 2.4G (wireless) mode and the cable mode. For Bluetooth, see the next section.
- 12.4G MODE (wireless, recommended for gaming): 1) Take out the USB nano receiver. 2) Plug it into a free USB port on the computer. 3) Set the switch under the mouse to «2.4G» and turn the mouse on. It connects automatically — move the mouse to check. If it doesn't respond, unplug and re-plug the receiver.
- 2CABLE MODE (wired / charging): 1) Connect the USB Type-C cable to the mouse charging port. 2) The other end into the computer. The mouse works immediately, no setup, and can be used even while charging.
The USB nano receiver plugs into any free USB port on your PC or laptop.
05Bluetooth 5.0 Pairing
- 1Set the bottom switch to the "BT" position.
- 2Hold down simultaneously: Left Button + Scroll Wheel + Right Button for more than 3 seconds — the blue indicator will flash rapidly.
- 3On your device, open Bluetooth settings and search for "NETSTAT W10".
- 4Select "NETSTAT W10" to complete pairing.
- 5For a second device: repeat the steps. Switch between devices by pressing the mode button.
Note: Windows 7 and below do not support Bluetooth 5.0. Bluetooth does NOT allow button customization (see the section above).

08Programmable Buttons & Macros
- Key Function: assign any function to each of the 7 buttons (click, shortcut, macro, DPI, etc.).
- DPI Settings: set each of the 6 levels individually and assign a colour to each.
- Performance: adjust pointer speed, scroll, double-click and response rate.
- Power Saving: sleep timer (1–20 min), Smart Power Saving, wake-up settings.
- Lighting: RGB effects (Streaming, Breathing, Static, etc.), speed and direction.
- Macro: record and assign custom key sequences to any button.
09Battery and Charging
- Low battery: lights flash rapidly (battery at ~10%) — connect to the charger.
- Fully charged: lights flash again to indicate charging is complete.
- Charging time: 2–3 hours for a full charge.
- Battery life: 7–9 days after a full charge.
- You can keep using the mouse normally while it charges.
- Maintenance: avoid moisture and extreme temperatures; clean with a soft, dry cloth.
10Troubleshooting
- Weak or no connection
- Check the mouse is on and charged; refresh the connection or reconnect the USB receiver; turn the mouse off and on.
- Button or scroll not working
- Clean dust around the buttons and scroll wheel; reconnect in the customization software; test on another computer.
- Jerky or delayed movement
- Use on a smooth surface or mousepad; recalibrate DPI in the customization software.
- Mouse not charging
- Use the original cable and check the connection; clean the charging port and make sure it is not damaged.
11Certificate of Warranty
- Warranty period: 2 years from the purchase date for hardware defects.
- Within 7 days: replacement if appearance and packaging are complete (with valid proof of purchase).
- Within 60 days: replacement at the point of purchase or the designated service centre.
