+Go to the „Warranty certificate” page, select your product, fill in your eMAG order details and you'll receive the PDF certificate via email within seconds. It also downloads automatically in your browser.

+Our commercial warranty is 24 months from the purchase date. Under EU Directive 2019/771, you also benefit from a free 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the seller.

+Fill out the form on the „Return / RMA” page. You'll receive a ticket number and the exact return address via email. DO NOT send the product before receiving confirmation, to avoid lost packages.
