03How It Works
- 1Place the dispenser on a flat surface or mount it on the wall.
- 2Turn it on with the ON/OFF switch.
- 3Bring your hand 5–8 cm under the nozzle — the sensor detects it and dispenses soap automatically.
- 4Pull your hand away to stop dispensing.
04Filling & Dose Adjustment
- Open the top lid and pour in liquid soap or sanitizer (avoid thick products or abrasive particles).
- Do not exceed the marked maximum level of the reservoir.
- Adjust the dispensed amount with the dose button (low / medium / high levels).
- Close the lid before use.
05Power & Charging
- Charge with the included USB cable or use batteries, depending on the model.
- A full charge generally lasts several weeks of normal use.
- An LED indicates a low battery level — recharge then.
06Cleaning & Maintenance
- Empty and rinse the reservoir weekly to avoid clogging.
- Wipe the sensor and nozzle with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not submerge the electronic base in water.
- If you will not use the dispenser for a long time, empty the reservoir.

08Troubleshooting
- No reaction to hand
- Clean the sensor, check the power/battery, and make sure the reservoir is not empty.
- Dispenses too much / too little
- Adjust the dose level with the button; use liquid soap without abrasive particles.
- Nozzle is clogged
- Clean dried soap from the nozzle with warm water; wipe and dry well.
- Not charging
- Check the USB cable and charging port; try another charger or port.
09Certificate of Warranty
- Warranty period: 2 years from the purchase date for hardware defects.
- Within 7 days: replacement if appearance and packaging are complete (with valid proof of purchase).
- Within 60 days: replacement at the point of purchase or the designated service centre.
- Within 2 years: repair or replacement at the designated service centre — delivered to your address.

On the mouse page (W10/W13) open «Button Customization Software» right in the browser (Chrome/Edge). Important: it works only via the 2.4G USB receiver or cable — NOT over Bluetooth, for security reasons.
